Training is long tedious process, make it through and your half way there. They still do some weeding out of those not keeping up. This is adult PAID schooling - pay attention. Learn all you can while in the lax classroom environment, the floor will not be as forgiving or as easy as the classroom. ASK any and ALL questions you have. FORGET about making friends, they are your completion. You are here to show your skills and set yourself apart! START in training!

Job Training was very good for "professionals". However, for "non-professionals", it was highly lacking and this was frustrating. The good thing about this was that I then had to take initiative and do my own job training by being resourceful and finding training tools and job aids to help me learn new procedures and programs.
