Job Training

Training program is homogenous. Trainers are awesome, but material can be unrealistic.

Training process was long and fairly repetitive, and did not really teach many of the actual skills you would need to learn to perform the work.

They trained me in the job i need to do to, and helped a lot to development skills.

While State Farm's job training was decent in the way that it is progressive with a common core flow, if you fell behind due to time off or medical issues trainers were not available to go back & help you catch up because they had multiple classes to teach.

Intense training with demanding hours and unrealistic expectations

We had excellent trainers and the technology to support training. Training was rather fast and most did not really understand what they ran through our heads, but we were able to catch on, once we were on the phones and handling customer calls. It took me over a year for all of the information to sink in, but I got it!

Great training for people for insurance field

I had 8 months training when I got the job

Training is offered thru the Regional office however the office training was learning on the job
