I like that they offer a 401k and it is not as tight as some of the other companies I have worked for. It was easy to get a loan from my 401k for a down payment on my house. My only complaint is they do not match any part of your contribution.

Since this goes through a third party, this is relatively painless, though when they lay you off with no warning its hard to figure out what and how to move/use your 401K
