this is a great benefit from sysco which helps employees.

Non existent. No procedures are standardized and/or in writing at all.

Training at the local level in some Sysco owned properties is limited, not good.

Quite intensive and instructional. Decent balance of classroom and real world.

The training is very sub par. This is a tool used as "soft" punishment by managers.

Sysco, is this master of this area, Training is very thorough in ALL positions, no matter the background experience, they will still put you thru the Sysco methods, also , on going , and updated skills, etc......Excellent..
