United Health Care is the provider. I like them. The company pays a good chunk of the monthly fee.

The cost can't be beat and coverage is great. Very extensive. My wife uses it all the time and it saves us a lot.

Great price for employees. Not much comes out of your pay check.

Amazing health insurance! Fully covered from head to toes! Low deductibles and low monthly costs! Even have health insurance for pets!

Everything sucks under the Affordable Care Act. Single with no dependents, paid about $90 per month - STILL had a $50 copay for urgent care facilities. Would pay $50 for a Dr. to tell me I had a viral infection instead of strep. Ridiculous.

TMobile had a good health insurance plan for it's employees and their families. The price would go up a little every year but it was still very affordable.
