Job Training

Job training is not really great. You'll have to be a self taught personality if you'd like to go far.

Training is good, but there's so much to learn it will take a while to learn everything

Before you start any job with T-Mobile you will be trained. The call center training is for like 3-4 weeks and the retail associate is for like 2 weeks. The training is good but it does not prepare you for the cut throat world of sales.

He did not even have the decency to speak to corporate and offer me proper training and inform them that I am hired by him.

Hands on job training, done by regular sales associate, and then the manager when he would be there. A lot of advice and tips done over phone calls. Sink or swim type style. I was told to fake it til you make it.

lots of training is on the job and dependent on the team you are on

Training is ok, a lot to do and learn in 3 days you train. So when it comes to your first day "alone" it can be scary.
