Very thorough with hands on training. A lot of virtual classes as well. Critical thinking is a must.

Could be more realistic, the training revolves mainly around scripting and very unreal scenarios. When you actually get out on the sales floor, things are very different with real life situations. This could be challenging especially if you have no sales experience. I would recommend that they get rid of the web based training and activities and focus more on real life situations by either having the trainees break off into groups or shadow other employees on the sales floor.

best thing of training was that I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted about the products and the computer system. The worst thing was that whoever was training you pretty much expected you to adpot their same selling style instead of letting you create your own. But i guess that really depends on the person

One of the managers seems like he gets irritated with questions being asked. But how are you suppose to learn something once or twice. And asking questions is great because if you don't ask questions and you make a mistake and sell a devise for the wrong price, that gets deducted from your pay. SO ASK AS MANY QUESTIONS AS YOU NEED UNTIL YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE. Who cares who gets mad.

Online classes are not that good, and your training is just as good as your trainer. Pure luck.
