Its great flexibility and when you feel isolated, just pick up and head to an office (and get lunch)!

Full WFH culture, paying for Cell, Internet, and providing you a full WFH setup. Better than most companies.

The CEO and E-Staff gets WFH and supporting the well being of their employees. They fund what you need in home office and recommend that you "live where it brings you joy.".

Most of the company is distributed, this isn't just sales and field/support functions. Engineers, product managers and every other function are spread out. This means the company feels very distributed first rather than HQ first and distributed as an add on. It's been great so far.

We use remote tools like Slack to make working from home easy.

A lot of folks work remotely, and the company culture is very supportive of it.
Most commutation happens on Slack, and there was even a talk at our last dev week encouraging people to not "backchannel" things and instead have conversations on open channels where everyone else can see it.
Quarterly Dev Weeks where the entire engineering team gets to gather for a week also help people get to know each other.
You get your choice of laptop (ask before your start date, though), and a nice monitor or two. Most folks are using Macbook Pros, but there's at least one or two Surfacebooks.
Remote employees get a $250 telecommunication budget that can be applied to phone and internet expenses. (I think on-site employees get a similar budget for commuting expenses.)

Excellent if you like working from home. It takes discipline. Tanium gives you an monthly payment (varies) to cover your mobile phone and internet costs. Tanium also provides you with a computer for Tanium work only. They deploy Tanium's software on it so you'd better not do anything but work on it. One last note, they will check your activity so be honest and work.
