It's a conditional 10% discount offered only when paying with cash, Target gift cards, or a Target RedCard. The discount is applied after tax.

They only offer 10% most other companies offer employees a lot more.

Worst thing is really its only truely useful for essential tax-exempt goods within Pa state law. Overall pricing of products is flacid and non competitive, gift card deals however are beneficial to large specific purchases.

Ten percent isn't bad. It isn't great but not bad at all. Takes care of taxes and a little bit more. Can be used in conjunction with your RedCard for a grand total of 15% off.

Discount is only 10%, but it applies to anything in the store including electronics and clearance items. Plus you can get an additional 5% with your Target red card.
