If you manage to actually meet the average hour requirements, it would cost me, a young healthy male, a quarter of my earnings. Fortunately, Target is generous enough to keep my earnings low so that I qualify for free medical assistance through the county. Brilliant business model!
Deductible is $1,000.00 per year. Generally you'll pay for all doctor visits unless you have a major incident if you're single.

Best is that it is available and worst is that it is available to only those who have 32hrs or more. Most of us are part time employees and are purposely kept below 20 so we can't attain health insurance.
