They didnt give me much training more than an hours so of practice on a closed register, and after that I just had to learn most things by experience, but they were usually able to help out if i didnt understand something

Training was quite effective. You are taught all you need to know before you work the floors. and team leads and managers are always willing to help.

Training was alright, they taught you for about a day then were willing to help throughout your first week of learning, however, if you didn't learn you'd be essentially fired
