For me personally nothing is bad about the health insurance

Zero dollars out of the pocket

I enjoy having Kiser as a health plan

Many different plans to choose from. HSA in different forms as well as other forms of medical insurance.

The health insurance I received would have cost around 2k a month on my own, I paid $75 to get the highest tier possible. I could have paid zero and still had what was roughly a 1600-1700 dollar a month plan. And it was great, I was able to go anywhere, really fancy places.

They offer several options and relative to other large companies I know, their packages are pretty cheap and well priced.

Tesla pays 60% of the employee’s salary in case if an employee is unable to work due to medical incapability. Maximum benefit – $5,000. Short Term Disability Tesla pays 66.7% of employee’s salary for up to 17 weeks in Short Term Disability. Maximum of $1,000 per week.

It’s pretty awesome and affordable

High copay and very expensive. Not with what was deducted from paycheck.
