It's embarrassing how terrible their health benefits are. Expensive premiums and huge out of pockets.

worst insurance, you get bill after bill when you visit a doctor. doctors are worst too with cigna plans. they do not cover all the cost of medical care and expenses are very very high

It is a CDP (Consumer Driven Plan) so there are high deductibles.

Account based which takes some getting used to. It does encourage comsumer to be price conscious and to feel like they are spending their own money (when actually the Insurance funds an HRA for you to spend from).

Terrible. Monthly premiums didn't seem to offer any discount and the coverage provided was some of the worst I've seen in a 20+ year career

High deductible plans with HRA or HSA. I was very happy with the HRA plan, but I am fortunate that my family does not have extensive health issues.

Monthly premiums are too expensive for a high deductible plan! Lowest deductible is like $2000.

Way too expensive for being an employee. You think it would be cheaper working for a health insurance company.
