Pro- if you're active, you'll get lots of opportunity to get some of that money back buy enrolling in activities that you'll have to track.

Cigna uses Cigna insurance. Makes sense. I prefer a PPO plan, but these are no longer an option. This seems to be the way of the future - I am not disappointed, it is just a little different getting used to.
