The health insurance plan is decent for Cigna. They do offer a variety of coverage, including HRA, HSA and FSA plans. They also offer free programs,such as EAP.
Be aware though, the plan premiums are expensive and the deductibles are high so choose wisely.

benefits---horrible for a company that promotes well being, healthy living. stop the horrible high cost of insurance plans, high deductibles, give your employees what you offer external customers. i see what you charge them and what you charge us, we are getting bent over the coals big time. if you make 100k or more, ok but the little 2% raise you give us after we walk on water, that raise doesnt even cover thoe cost of our medical insurance
