If you do not get a payroll check for working or on vacation or on disability then within the next week you automatically get removed from medical and dental...it takes the system at least two weeks to be retroactive and a month for the health insurance company to see it......so do not get hurt otherwise medical bills might bounce.

It is great coverage that assists in any needs that the employee may need or want. I would always want this insurance over any other.
