No complaints.
Additionally, medical care in the military has come a long way. Currently, some of the best medical facilities are Military run (SAMMC)

Totally free, but not always the best quality. TRICARE is usually so full of people that you may wait long periods of time for any type of very basic service.

They pay for everything, but the service you get is sub-standard. That applies both for the employee and their family members. For the employee, there are numerous privacy laws that they violate on an everyday basis. You have to wait exceedingly long periods of time to be seen. And when you are seen, it is never by a doctor--always a PA. For families, they are treated a second class citizens unless they are able to somehow be seen outside of the system by private provider.

Benefits for family members with little to no out of pocket expense. This is good as long as the goverment doesn't keep pulling the benefits away like they have been.

The health coverage is great. I typically wait not more than two weeks for an appointment. Their medical system reminds you to keep appointments and when you are due for checkups.
