The employee out of pocket cost is ridiculously high...over $450 per month for a family of 4. Unilever covers maybe 50% of the medical benefit plan cost.

Fair employee cost, paid more than many other companies do. Allowed for discounted premiums for meeting Health Risk Assessment goals and allowed for annual preventative screening packages based on age and gender with no out of pocket expenses incurred.
