Health plan is not terrible but definetly has room for improvement. Not a good plan if you are someone with serious or multiple health issues. The vision plan is HORRIBLE!
You would think they'd offer an amazing vision plan considering this is a company that puts considerable strain on your eyesight staring at c9mputer screens all day.

Hi, just wanted to respond here: since you are in Mass you know that our plan offers access to the the MA Blue Cross Blue Shield plans -- same hospitals, doctors and other providers. Similarly, our premiums are actually lower than the national benchmark for high tech companies. You are welcome to come discuss with me or meet with our benefit broker, who will be happy to walk you through our benefit plan structure to ensure you fully understand what the company is offering.
