Nice coverage minimum discounts good value

Annual deductible kept rising each year.

Verizon Wireless offers substantial health insurance, which includes coverage for the employee, spouse and children.

90% coverage is incredbile and is better than most companies.

Wonderful insurance. Huge benefits for not smoking. I love their coverage, but have had difficulties with the HSA program; I stopped doing HSA all together because it was a headache.

They offer a both PPO and HMO based plans. Their PPO is set up as either a Tobacco User, or not. If you are a Tobacco user (note user equals Chew, Cigarette or Cigar Smoker) you pay an additional premium. The PPO seems to cover about everything, and every time I used it I never had any issues with them accepting and paying for the recommended procedures.

No down side except when they got hacked and my social security number got stolen bc the insurance company messed up their system
