Walgreens employees who work 30+ hours per week can choose between two health insurance plans. Comprehensive health, dental and vision plans are available to employees for themselves and their dependents. Employees may choose to enroll in one of two Walgreens Consumer Driven Health Plans, which include an account called a Health Reimbursement Account to help pay for our employees’ healthcare needs. Employees can also choose between two dental programs with the Select option including Adult and Child orthodontia. A competitive and national vision program is also available. 2015 benefits will consist of a wide variety of medical, dental and vision options open to employees at the beginning of the new year.

Good options to chose from but deductibles could be better. I pay $35 every two weeks. Walgreen's pays about $140 a month for you too. Non smoking rates saves you a lot, but if you smoke you pay about $20 more every two weeks for insurance. Thank God I gave up smoking years ago!

They did not provide me with health insurance owing to the fact that I was a temporary worker. I had a hard time being able to go to the hospital because I could not sign up for insurance that was good since I was contracted with an agency that prevented me from doing so.
