Meridianlink emphasizes the importance of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within our organization. We have several ongoing initiatives including our strategic third-party partner marketplace to amplify our diversity outreach with a custom media package that reaches over 25 diversity job boards. We currently host several Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) focused on Women, LGBTQIA , and Neurodiversity with plans to add even more groups in the future.
