The over exceeding of guests expectations, the "sample" cosmetics, the "friendly" (ya, I lied) "color experts" who show me new products & apply cosmetics to me, etc. the "different" approach. hiring mgr acted very laid back, yet obviously isn't). Beware. If you DO get hired, from what I've heard of others jobs there, you're the "new (one)" already dis-advantaged of the current "gossip" & cliques, which I've observed while just being a (former) customer..
