Interview with TA, HM, CXO. Each interview was about 30 mins. Overall interview process was awkward, the questions didn’t assess my skills as a manager or design leader and we’re mostly conceptual and generic. My sense was that there was a lack of hiring experience on the team and they were trying to figure out their roles -it was especially odd when the first interview question was “what is design”?
