Invenergy Interview Question

1st interview-Very basic questions about my educational/work background, why In energy, what do I know about In energy, etc. 2nd interview-Very basic questions about previous job description, sussing out whether or not they could leverage my previous gov't. contacts, strengths/weaknesses, previous challenges in the workplace, etc. 3rd interview-Basic questions about challenges overcome in the workplace in the past, times I've come up with new strategy for achieving compliance, etc.
