2U Support Services interview questions

I had an appointment for a phone screen. I never got a call, so I reached out and was told that there was a meeting and we would need to reschedule (Really, you didn't know about your meeting beforehand? You couldn't take the initiative to call me to reschedule prior to the interview time?) Very disrespectful and unorganized. . In the end, I was promised a call for a second interview. It never materialized. When I emailed, that was ignored. VERY unprofessional. Poor first experience with a company that originally intrigued me.
