Interview
There was a total of two rounds of interview, one with the direct supervisor and the next one with the general manager. I was asked to prepare and present a marketing plan on the business I was applying for. This was for the second round of interview.
Same as a normal job interview, questions asked about work experience and skills. They ask competence based questions about your career experience. Formal process. No trick questions. Friendly interviewer and approachable.

I applied through third party, the process was fast, I got invited for the interview immediately. During the interview process, the interview asked about my previous emplyment and current employment. The interviewer also very friendly and helpful, they explain in details about the job.
