Interview
There were two rounds of interviews and then I received an offer. The first interview was with a recruiter who asked general background. The second interview occurred over the phone with the hiring manager, and the manager asked various behavioral questions.

Asked various behavioral questions, including leadership experience, projects worked on, interest in 3M, and interest / skillset for various potential projects within 3M.
One to one interview with hiring manager, asked basic questions such as experience and goals. Overall, very pleasant, more interested in your interest and why you chose to go for the internship

Interview
Straight to the point. Interviewer was friendly. Interviewer screen through all applications resume which I felt was fair. Interviewer also hired based on past experience instead of grades which I'm greatful for.
Panel interview. The interview process was casual. Mostly generic questions asked like what made u choose this job, what do u plan to learn during your time here, have u applied to any companies aside from ours, reason for applying to those companies
