A very brief interview with a store manager followed a few weeks later with an interview from the Area Manager. Store manager is just a screening to make sure you aren't wasting their time. Area manager goes fairly in depth and doesn't sugar coat anything. Very upfront and honest about what the occupation entails.

The interview process was about 20 minutes and all took place at the front desk with a single interviewer who would be the supervisor. It was less of an interview and more of a preliminary checklist of what's expected of the position.

Easy and very pressure free, Lou was the branch manager and he was very personal and informal. Showed me around the lumbar yard as well which was great to see considering the work environment
