      UX Designer Interview

      Jan 10, 2023
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AARP in Jan 2023

      Interview

Received an email demanding 5 references, two of which had to be supervisors, at 9:00am. Then received an auto rejection email from them at 9:06am. References are a very outdated and unnecessary step to the interviewing process when portfolios and resumes are provided, so I'm happy to have parted ways.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

We require that you invite (by email) a minimum of 5 references, and at least 2 must be supervisors.
