Phone call to schedule an in-person or skype interiew. I chose skype since I am in San Dimas and the interview would be in Riverside. The skype interview was long (about 55 minutes) and it was mostly situational based. As in, "What would you do if..." or "Imagine that your client is doing this, how would you respond?" etc. My interviewer was extremely kind and helped me understand what people they are looking for after I would give my response. I ended up getting offered the position and I start orientation tomorrow morning!
