Once the recruiter responded to my application it took a few days and then I was given a date for the interview. afterwards during the interview it was about 2 hours long but it wasnt too stressful and felt like a conversation

Question 1
they asked how proficient i was in excel. then they gave me a scenario to prove I was as good as I said I was in excel. i
it was a basic- intermediate question.
they also asked me to give an elevator pitch. they gave an actual scenario that I was on the elevator with an executive and to pitch myself the best I can
HR call , followed by hiring manager, they dint get back for very long and said the position has been withheld ,cuz most remote jobs had been upgraded to hybrid or onsite.

Apply on website, HR Screening on a phone call and then 2nd & 3rd rounds with team. It was a mix of behavioral and technical questions. Process is a month long
GD + PI + Manager's round. In GD they asked us about a common topic, PI is also easy. PI went on for a while and was mostly about the subjects that I had picked up in MBA.
