I had multiple interviews. Phone screen, two interviews, field ride, and final role play. The interviews and field ride were all fine. The typical why this job and why ADP, etc. Everything was fine up until the role play. I was moved to a room and given a few page written scenario to read. I was told I had 10 minutes to read it and after about 3–4 minutes, the vp got me and said let’s go. As things doesn’t go to plan, I will not get the entire time to read it and now had to make my pitch. The test was to see how I worked under that pressure. I didn’t get the offer but take it for what you will, you don’t want to work for a guy like that. This was in Houston.
