I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AIG (New York, NY) in Jan 2014
Interview
Went an interview for a 6 months consultant position. Met the 2 team members first then the team manager. The 2 team members started with sharing with me the program they are working on and then jumped into the structure of their team directly including several names that this team will report to. Then the team manager joined to ask if I have any questions.
No specific questions about my skills or experience. They more cared about if the candidate can fit their team oriented working culture. Overall it was not difficult at all.
Good, poor communication/response levels when details requested. Recruiter was quite unresponsive when asked for hiring timeline. The interview process was ok bar the lack of communication from the internal recruiter. No issues with HR or hiring team
Document the test results and deviations
Recommend potential features and enhancements to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Document resolutions and workarounds in the form of help content or solution articles so that they can be leveraged by others
Maintain North Star L5 processes, system process flows, SOP’s, controls, training and other business process documentation
The interview experience is so good. I got 2 round of interviews to ask about my experience and some situations questions. Second round interview is more focusing on culture and personality to see if this suit the team culture.
