Interview
This process was a waste of time. If you have any experience you would be better off going somewhere that will care about your options knowledge and experience instead of just math questions. They said they were looking for experienced traders but this application process is clearly geared towards people just out of college or maybe for a quant job.
A lot of async steps first and then technical online. Medium difficulty online assesments and overall the process was good. Felt like they were respectful of time. Overall positive experience.

Interview
The first step is an online assessment focused primarily on arithmetic calculations, followed by a coding round with three questions. After that, there's a trading game round, and finally, an interview with a live interviewer.
There are 3 rounds of OA, including mental math, trading game, and one coding, and 1 interview with trader, and 1 interview with HR, and the final round is the onsite interview.
