ALTEN Business Unit Manager interview questions

The interview process lasted for almost 2 months. I had 4 interviews, out of which 2 with the HR department. The overall experience was interesting however, they were very focused on presenting the company's activity and they did not seem so interested in my professional nor on my academic background.
