Had a phone screening which was successful, then met for the in person interview which lasted an hour. Was told that I would hear back either way about the next interview (which was allegedly a 4 hour interview with HR and a "Culture" based interview) by the beginning of the next week, and began to wait.
I heard from their HR person after contacting them once that deadline had passed, and was told that they were still working with schedules. So I continued to wait. Another week passed, and was told that they were still trying to manage the schedule. After the 3rd time this occurred, I offered to come in and speak with someone because I was in the area, and was quickly rebuffed.
After making that offer, the weekly emails about rescheduling or setting down a final date stopped, and I noticed that the actual posting for the position disappeared from their website. I haven't received anything further from the company in terms of stating that they have gone with another candidate as I was promised, and in the meantime have accepted another position.
It's unfortunate since it seemed like a great place to work, but that whole experience was marred by HR and it's inability to properly maintain good, respectful relationships with their candidates. If they were to call me up and offer me the job today, I'd be all too happy to decline it.
