Abbott Director interview questions

Phone Interview and follow-up. HR representative reached out for a potential opportunity. The conversation went well and there was follow-up in setting the future interviews. However, due to other reasons, the next step was cancelled. But the HR representative was really nice by follow-up emails and apology. It is very unusual for a large company like Abbott will do that.

Entire process took 5 months. There were too many isolated interviews and the interviewers asked the same questions over and over. Panel interview or 2 per session would have been better. Communication was poor about status of position.
