I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch in Nov 2014
Interview
The interview consisted of two 30-minute interviews followed by taking the Wonderlic test (50 Questions, 12 minutes). I applied for the program through my university's career site and was contacted to set up an interview about a week later. The first interview I thought went really well, the recruiter and I had a fun conversation getting to know each other and consisted of me telling her about my future goals. The next interview was torture. The recruiter was extremely rude, almost argumentative towards my responses, kept looking at the clock, and at one point rolled her eyes at one of my responses. I didn't feel the questions were hard, mostly consisted of future goals, why you think you would be a good fit for the company, and behavioral questions. After my second interview it really made me question if I would want to work for a company that would have a recruiter that was so unwelcoming.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in the next 3 years?
Tell me about a time, you were in a group and there was a conflict, how did you handle the situation and what was the resolution?
I applied online. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Columbus, OH) in Apr 2026
Interview
Applied online then got an email asking me to complete a numerical reasoning assessment and an online interview (similar to HireVue). Then got invited to do two 30-minute back to back interviews about a week after that (one HR, one with a member on the team you apply for). A few hours after that I got a text and call from my HR representative inviting me to the final round of interviews, but I haven't completed that yet.

Question 1
They wanted to learn a lot more about what I studied and why I chose that, same thing with the school I go to.
Pretty smooth with interviews, superdays, and assessment. You get a very comprehensive overview of the program as well as culture at Abercrombie and Fitch. They make sure to find the ideal candidate that would thrive in a place like AF and the Columbus OH in general.
It was pretty simple. You hustled click the link and make sure your camera and microphone are working. You only have one chance to record your answers. Other than that, you get asked 4-6 questions. Thirty seconds to read the question and two minutes to answer.
