First, usually someone recruits you and asks you to apply on the kiosk in one of their stores. After doing so, the District Manager calls and asks if you would like to come in for an interview. The interview is pretty casual, just make sure you are interested in the brand (i.e. wear the clothes/style that they wear on a daily basis to the interview). The interview is a one on one interview that lasts about an hour in a quiet area of one of the local malls the District Manager manages. Most of the questions are common interview type questions: Describe a time where you had to multi-task. Explain how you solved a problem while on the job. What does diversity mean, and how can it effect a business? Describe a time where you motivated your team to finish a project. Afterwards, the District Manager describes what you will be doing during the Manager in Training program and shows you the different career paths you can take within the company. They will then let you know the benefits of working for the company as well as what the hours will be like.
