I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Washington, DC) in Oct 2014
Interview
I had three rounds of interviews. The first two interviews were on the college campus and the third was at the Accenture office for which i was applying. Most of the questions were behavioral questions aimed at uncovering candidates' character and work ethic. One of the two campus interviewers I interviewed with was very easy to talk to and when she realized that I could be best for another position based on my background, she gave me the option to interview for a different role.
