The interview process itself was primarily behavioral, focusing on my past experiences and how I approach various work situations. The team members I interacted with were clearly passionate and knowledgeable about their work, leaving a positive impression. While the role ultimately wasn't the right fit for me, I was impressed by Addepar's commitment to innovation and growth within the fintech space, as well as their emphasis on teamwork and problem-solving skills during the interview.
