      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Adyen (London, England)

      Interview

Straight from the job description nothing was clear. The requirements were evasive, the technical knowledge was just "need to be tech savvy" without any details. No real description of the job. 1st call > Basic HR call, but really nice person. 2nd interview > more technical. "Can you give an example when you used X at work ?" Well no, because I never did, and I never specified it on my CV. And it was not mentioned in the job description. I didn't pass the interview because I had no experience with something I never said I had experience with, and which had never been asked or required until then. Seems pretty unfair and time wasting
