Interview
The internal recruiter who originally contacted me was about 15 minutes late to the interview. She asked me very general questions, mainly about how I felt regarding a sales position. She said typically someone can move up after 2 years in the recruiter position which I felt was a long time compared to other recruiting agencies I interviewed with. I feel like the place and process lacked professionalism.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
