The interview process was confusing from start to finish. The role was listed as entry-level but included “Senior” in the title and required 3–5+ years of experience, while also mentioning work with top-tier and enterprise accounts.
When I asked about compensation, I received vague and inconsistent answers. Eventually, I was told the base salary was around $50K, with an OTE of up to $120K — but that total included the value of benefits like insurance, fitness stipends, and office equipment, which should never count toward income.
I also asked about promotional timelines and mentioned that I understand they can vary depending on performance and business needs. The recruiter simply replied that “timelines can vary” and moved on without providing any real answer, which felt dismissive.
The initial recruiter screen was drawn-out and went well past the scheduled time without much clarity on next steps. Overall, the process felt disorganized and misleading.
