I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aflac (Missoula, MT) in Nov 2017
Interview
A person in Aflac HR contacted me through Indeed and set up an initial phone interview. From there, a personal interview was scheduled. It was a very in-depth interview that took approximately 1-1/2 hours. I was offered the position at the end of the interview. Very professional interview. Be sure to dress the part!!!

Question 1
How would I go about prospecting for new business?
It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
