Interview
It was simple. I did a brief over the phone interview and then an interview with the regional director. The process did not take long and I was convinced I would make great money with this company after meeting with the regional director. I left the interview more motivated then when I initially went in.

What is it that I wanted to gain from this experience
Painted a good picture but haven't seen the full image as yet. Had a couple interviews on line that seemed to show a good work environment and possible income potential . However did emphasize building a team.
Group interview and then one on one over the phone. Fair and honest questions by kind people, can’t complain at all. I think it’s safe to call it my best experience
Thorough and well prepared. Asked great questions. Knew what they were doing. Met with two people. Would recommend this company. Ended up getting the role. Nothing weird about the interview.
