Interviewed for a role in the Santa Barbara companion diagnostic division. 1/2 hour phone call with recruiter/TA, about a week later 1h video call with the hiring manger and then 2 separate 1h video panels with multiple people. Everybody was nice and made a point of talking about the great culture in Agilent. Followed up with recruiter about 7-10 days after the last panel and later with the hiring manger (with whom I communicated by emails between interviews). *Both* never bothered to respond. Two month later still haven't received even an automated rejection email. Checked workday profile and the application is inactive. Treating applicants in such disrespectful manner is appalling, and a much more realistic reflection of the actual company culture. Beware.
