Airbnb Operations Manager interview questions

Recruiter screen via phone call, pretty basic. Standard questions about background and knowledge in operations. Didn’t know a ton about the specific role. Rejected quickly after although qualified for the role.

Received an email request for interview fairly quickly- within days of applying. Did a phone interview with Human Resources coordinator. During phone screen, they spoke about company, role, and then my experience and educational background.
