Hiring manager interviewer was very kind: open conversation about how I would solve specific challenges that come with the practice of product management. No "gotcha" or unusual questions: felt like chatting with a peer!

Great company and very transparent hiring process. The hr and directors are easy to interact and provide feedback. Extended process to accommodate any delays or vacation. The stages clearly was aligned to the role and technical support was provided to aid candidates.

I was treated unprofessionally by Akamais HR rep. All in all I had five interviews for a project manager position, and the HR interview was last after two Directors, R&D and a VP. After each interview, I was told that I my interview was positive and I would be moving to the next stage. The last HR rep told me that I would receive final answer a week later. When she didnt phone, I contacted her and she told me that they still have to decide between me and the other candidate and that the final answer, either way, will be given the following week. They didnt call. When i called them , she promised to get back to me with some answer. Didnt happen. When, a month later, I asked them why I didnt get the position, she promised she'd get back to me on that, but, of course, didnt.
